Arguments
| Argument | Description |

| [SUBCOMMAND] | Optional action: `start`, `stop`, `restart`, or `status` (defaults to `start`). |
Options & Flags

| --port <PORT> | TCP/UDP port number to bind for KSP connections (default: `9876`). |
| --bind <ADDR> | Interface IP address to bind (default: `0.0.0.0`). |
| --cert <PATH> | Path to Ed25519 public certificate file (`server.cert`). |
| --key <PATH> | Path to Ed25519 private key file (`server.key`). |
| --max-streams <NUM> | Maximum concurrent open streams allowed per session (default: `256`). |

Implementation Notes
The flagship reference implementation of the KSP server specification. Supports graceful reload and immediate GoAway broadcast on SIGINT.
